Instructions
  1. Put bananas in a bowl and mash with a fork.

  2. Pour oats into blender and blend until fine.

  3. Add milk, eggs, yogurt, oats, bananas, baking powder, cinnamon and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a large bowl (Optional** add fresh berries, chocolate chips, etc.)

  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Then add a small scoop of butter to pan and spread evenly.

  5. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to pour mixture into skillet. Cook on one side for about 1 1/2 or until you don’t hear a sizzle anymore then flip pancake and repeat step until pancake is golden brown. Continue with remaining batter.

  6. Serve with favorite topping and enjoy!!
