Some days eating plain oatmeal gets old, but it can sometimes be the only quick option when your running late or when you just don’t feel like cooking. I know I get sick of eating it every day but you just cant beat those 1 minute microwavable oats, right?
Well friends I’ve finally found a recipe that takes only about 20 minutes all together. It’s called Banana Oatmeal Pancakes, and believe me they are SO easy to make & their a healthier alternative to your regular pancakes. When I started getting lower on pancake batter I decided I wanted to try adding mini chocolate chips to the batter. With what I had left in the bowl I made a total of 5 chocolate chip pancakes and they were also really delicious just not as healthy as the plain ones.
